Police Certificate from February 4th

I talked to one PRO agency and they told me that if I&#39;m changing jobs (After 1.5 years of working with my previous company + 6 months with my first = 2 years in UAE), all I need would be a police certificate from Dubai police. Can anyone confirm this? </p> <p>UPDATE: I asked another PRO agency and they told me that I will need a police certificate from my home country, because I haven&#39;t lived here 5 years. This is really confusing and logically doesnt make much sense. I mean, I&#39;ve already been here for 2 years and been working here. Why would they want a certificate from a place where I havent been living (home country) instead of the place where I was and am living (UAE)?</p> <p>Can someone actually confirm these? Which case is true and applicable?
