er of a beautiful 1br in Habtoor City in Business Bay. It was a rough ride with the developer delaying a long time but finally I have the unit. Despite all the headache during delivery, it is a very good complex with 3 hotels near it and a very luxurious building with canal/Burj Khalifa views.
So now that I am finally finished with the developer now comes the next hurdle, I need a good agent to help rent out the apartment.
I know it very rare to find a professional agent in Dubai, but I trust the wisdom/experience of the Reddit community.
I would appreciate any advice.
