1 - Are there any microsoft stores in the UAE to buy this from? or any 3rd party vendor, anywhere i can use the device prior to buying?
2 - Some stores offer installments but for only certain banks, mine is ADIB but they don't support it, am i able to sign up for other banks credit cards just to use installments, any fees?
3 - Any experience with return policies with UAE online shops (souq)?
