Best dermatologists in UAE?

I suffer from acne scars and I think my best bet is to find a dermatologist to walk me through fixing it. Thing is, I am a university student so I don't have the luxury of trial and error so can anyone of you fine people suggest a good dermatologist in this city? Particularly helpful for scarring that is.
