Buying from dubizzle

Hsy guys, I am planning to buy a electric cooker for my apartment. I saw many ads on Dubizzle but most of the ads are by shops dealing in used electronics. Should I buy it from them, or should i buy it from a private seller or just buy a new one?New cookers are starting from around aed 3000 and more.
