Changing Insurance Providers

Hey all, I bought insurance with Methaq Insurance on February 10th (Paid for the full year) but I&#39;d like to change my insurance provider. Two questions:<br/> What is the process to change providers? Will I be refunded the remainder of the money I have paid up front?
