Degree necessary for job in Dubai?

So I&#39;m being offered a marketing specialist position in Dubai and the problem is that I haven&#39;t finished my university education. I dropped out of uni in the 3rd year since I couldn&#39;t afford the fee. </p> <p>My question is whether I&#39;d be able to use my uni transcripts to be able to secure a job in Dubai?
