As the title asks, what are the rules applying to websites for companies / brands that sell a cannabis related product?
For example, a storage container specifically designed for cannabis.
- Is the website allowed to say explicit words like "weed, marijuana, cannabis" or is herb / tobacco still the rule?
- Is the website allowed to display images of cannabis?
- Is the website required by law to ask if a visitor is 21 before buying a product that is marketed towards marijuana consumers, specifically if the product is not inherently used to smoke, ingest, or consume marijuana in any way (only storage)?
