The
German International School Dubai (DISD) is since 2008, belongs to a network of 140 schools abroad and is an excellent of the federal-state inspection "
Excellent German School Abroad ".
The campus is home to a large
nursery and a
primary school with spacious, versatile playgrounds and a
secondary in which their professional qualifications, the high school and a high school can be completed.
The DISD offers its students a high quality education to the
curriculum of Thuringia on. As a result, German-speaking pupils are also able to enter all grades during the current school year.

Since moving to the new school building in Dubai Academic City, the DISD is one of the
most modern German schools in the world and offers world-class learning opportunities: bright rooms with a healthy learning environment, supported by a modern and sustainable cooling system, science laboratories, libraries for the primary school and the (Sports field with soccer field and tartan track, 3-armed sports hall, 25m swimming pool, volleyball and basketball courts).
With a wide range of AGs and afternoon courses, the DISD helps to promote the interests and abilities of the pupils and to strengthen the school community. The
