As the title says, my wife and I have an opportunity to move to Dubai, I work in sales and I have been offered 2 jobs for established firms in Dubai, the package is commission only but they provide a good quality of constant training. They both claim to have very achievable targets that see that I pocket at least 20,000AED a month at the start, and then as I progress it’s said I would be earning upwards of 50,000 AED a month. </p> <p>My wife is also in the stages of applying for some fantastic jobs within the medical field of which she has a degree, it’s looking hopeful but of course not guaranteed, she would also be seen to be earning similar kind of money a month.</p> <p>So my first question is, would this be enough to live somewhere nice and live a reasonable life? (I know that the definition of ‘reasonable’ differs with different people, we live a good life here in the UK, we eat out every now and then and buy nice things we need and save money each month) </p> <p>My job offers both state that they are willing to help with the visa and relocation process as much as possible and seem to be very genuine. </p> <p>We both have a huge desire to move to Dubai as it looks to be a very exciting and vibrant place. But having no experience of living cost do you think it’s achievable with what’s currently on the table?</p> <p>Any advice is hugely appreciated!</p> <p>Thanks.
