Query: Residential Areas near Aldar HQ

Will be moving with family to Abu Dhabi in the first week of May. We are looking at potential residential areas near Aldar HQ. Our preference is for a apartment complex that is around 15 minutes driving distance from Aldar HQ.

What are the areas that I can look at? This is the first time we are moving to UAE. Would appreciate any inputs from fellow redditors on other things to watch out for while renting a place.
