So I ordered a 50mm canon camera lens from eBay and delivered it to my shop and ship in New York. When the lens arrived yesterday, it was broken. The front part of the lens popped out from the body.
The seller on eBay is very rated, so I don't think the lens was broken from before. My question is, if a broken item arrived at the shop and ship facility, would they not call or inform that it is broken? Can i call them and ask them to give me a refund for breaking the lens?
