are engineer in Dubai and I have just over a year of experience. I got some useful advice on this sub about a year ago about fresh grad salaries.
I want to ask other software engineers if their willing to (anonymously) share how much they make along with how much experience they have and how they got there.
I just want some data points on how much other software engineers make along with context and maybe understand how compensation grows with experience. Glassdoor isn't helpful here.
