Speeding limits after Al Raha

Hello everyone. </p> <p>I was coming in towards Abu Dhabi today and noticed a lot of cars just speeding past the radars on the Al Raha stretch of the highway. The speed limit shows the max you can go to is 120km/h but these people were going much faster than that. What gives? Are the radars sleeping or are the drivers playing Russian Roulette with them?
