So I've lived here all my life, from what i understand businesses in UAE pay more for western workers and this creates resentment among workers that come from third world countries that earn less for working the same job. My question is why would any company pay more for the same worker. Seems kind of senseless to do so, i always presumed that the Westerner workers were highly specialized and had to pay back taxes as well and ignore other potential work in their local countries. I'm pakistani and seem to be earning the same as my other coworkers of many different nationalities is there something i'm missing here ?
