Our company Capitas, is an international real estate investment and advisory firm. We work in the areas of international real estate acquisition, global real estate investment, development management, asset management advisory, and strategic cross-border transactions.Capitas Group, operating under the brand name Capitas®, was first launched in 2005 by US entrepreneurs with backgrounds in real estate, finance, and law. We worked with Wall Street financial firms to develop specialized Islamic structured finance and insurance products that were desirable to institutional capital market investors. In 2009 Capitas expanded internationally by launching Capitas Group International (CGI), a Jeddah-based joint venture with the largest Islamic multilateral institution in the world, the Islamic Development Bank Group. In 2015, Capitas partnered with private investors and we set up our financial firm in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Capitas (DIFC) Limited was formed. Capitas Dubai is a leading international real estate investment and advisory firm in the entire middle east region.
