I M Kadri

Firmly based on the vision of Mr. I. M. Kadri to create milestones, the company began its journey with a single assistant architect, one draftsman and an office boy. He established his firm under the name I M Kadri Architects in 1960.Within a short span of time I. M. Kadri Architects was widely recognized for its groundbreaking structural designs. From the array of milestone projects, some of the landmark buildings designed then, by I. M. Kadri Architects, included Shivsagar estate which became most sought after business hub, 'Haveli' a duplex apartment with 31 feet cantilever terrace gardens for each apartment, Fort Aguada beach resort in Goa which were followed by a list of endless exclusive architectural projects. The scaling success and strong growth rate instigated the need for expansion.
