Kilby Cafe & Restaurant was founded with a desire to revolutionize the food and hot beverage industry with Asian fusion cuisine combined with the hospitality culture of south Asia (directly inspired from the Nawabs of Lucknow and Delhi.) Our goal is to serve people with uniquely avoured teas and authentic dishes from dierent Asian regions combined with sophisticated entertainment. All these consumer appetites are served under one roof at Kilby. In order to accomplish our mission and turn this fabulous vision into reality; our formula for success has been a lot of hard work, determination and the enthusiasm of our whole team ranging from founders to managers and chefs to waiters.
