Confused about gratuity pay

some research about my gratuity entitlement when I resign early next year and I am reading conflicting articles.

I am on an unlimited contract and will have worked 3.5 years when I leave. A lot of articles state that, I would be entitled to 2/3 of my basic salary for 21 days.

So, for simplicity, let's say my basic salary was 10,000 AED, my entitlement would be 2/3 * (10000/30 *21) which would amount to 4666 AED. That's what I am reading on a lot of articles.

However, on using MOH's calculator and reading some other articles, it states that I would be entitled to 4666 AED for each year of service I worked. In this case, it would be 4666 * 3.5 = 16,331 AED.

In theory, the other articles state that this only applies to limited contract, but I guess I just wanted to be sure.
