a comment made by one of the neighbors in my building that the cleaners just collect everything in the "recycling bins" and just throw everything in the trash and that no recycling is being done for real, I was thinking if there are actual companies who come and pick up recycling bins or something like that.. I noticed also that they don't recycle glass here as well..
