Tourists driving Privately owned Cars not Hire Cars
Apparently those visiting Dubai now can drive privately owned cars if they are relatives of the car owner. Has anyone in Dubai heard of this? My dad in law is visiting from Canada and has received an International Drivers License and I want him to drive around in my spare car while here (fully comprehensive insured)
