I'm visiting Dubai from the UK in November and have a few questions:
1) Is the end of November a good time to visit Dubai? What is the weather like during the end of the year?
2) Coming from the UK, I am looking to take cash with me, a lot of savings so if anyone has experience with currency converting, what is the best way to get the most amount of money converted? Any reputable companies? Will it be better to pay for the conversion online or do it in person cash trade in Dubai with a reputable company?
3) Can I buy a PrePaid VISA card in Dubai from a bank, load cash into it and spend it freely around Dubai? How long would this process take if it happened as I am looking to stay for 5 nights?
