1. Refund Eligibility
HAI UAE offers refunds for certain services and situations. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions generally apply:
1.1 Eligible for Refund
- Requests made within 30 days of purchase
- Service not fully utilized or accessed
- Payment for service that was never provided
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Service did not function as advertised
1.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 30 days of purchase
- Service fully utilized or substantially accessed
- User-initiated service cancellation after use
- Non-paid or free tier usage
- Downloads or digital content after access
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Log into your HAI UAE account
- Navigate to Account Settings → Billing History
- Click "Request Refund" next to the applicable transaction
- Provide reason for refund request
- Submit the request for review

3. Refund Decision Timeline
- Initial Review: 2-3 business days
- Decision Notification: 5-7 business days
- Processing Time: 7-14 business days after approval
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Appears on statement within 7-10 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after processing
- Digital Wallet: Credited within 24 hours
5. Subscription Refund Policy
5.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellations before first billing cycle: Full refund
- Cancellations after first billing cycle: No refund for current month
- Future charges will be cancelled immediately upon request
5.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Cancellations within 30 days: Full refund minus $50 cancellation fee
- Cancellations after 30 days: Monthly prorated refund (if applicable)
- Pro-rated calculation: Refund = (Remaining Days / Total Days) × Annual Price
6. Listing Service Refunds
- Premium Listings: Refundable if no leads/inquiries received
- Featured Listings: Refund available if duration < 1 week exposure
- Duration of Refund Period: 30 days from listing publication
7. Advertising Service Refunds
- Ad campaigns can be paused and cancelled anytime
- Refund for unused ad credits: 100%
- Refund process: Request refund, verification, processing within 14 days
8. Service Credit and Vouchers
In some cases, instead of refund, we may offer:
- Service credit for future purchases
- Account vouchers or coupons
- Extended service periods
9. Non-Refundable Items
- Featured profile badges or stickers
- One-time setup or installation fees
- Custom consulting or professional services
- API access fees after usage occurred
10. Chargeback Protection
Please be aware:
- Filing chargebacks may result in account suspension
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
- Request refund through our system first - chargebacks are a last resort
11. Cancellation Policy
11.1 How to Cancel
- Account Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel

11.2 Cancellation Timing
- Cancellations take effect immediately
- No further charges after cancellation date
- Data retained for 30 days unless requested earlier
12. Policy Changes
HAI UAE reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy. Changes apply to future purchases. We'll notify users of significant changes 30 days in advance.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:

- Provide transaction ID, date, and reason
- Appeals reviewed within 10 business days
